Return and Exchange Policy

At Rusty Leather C, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange a product, we’ve made the process simple and hassle-free.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Send a video of the product through our Facebook or Instagram channels, explaining the reason for the return or exchange:
• Manufacturing defect? Please showcase the defect in the video.
• Wrong item received? If it’s our mistake, return shipping is free.
2. If the product isn’t suitable (e.g., size issues or change of mind), the return cost is 150 EGP, deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges incur a 100 EGP fee plus the price difference, if applicable. The new item must be of equal or higher value.
4. Products must be returned within 7 days in their original condition. Refunds are processed after inspection.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all labels, accessories, and gifts (if applicable).
• Products with manufacturing defects can be returned within 30 days free of charge. Refunds are issued within 14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Damaged products (excluding transit damage).
• Products missing original packaging, accessories, or seals.

Additional Information

• Business days are Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are non-working days for Rusty Leather and our shipping partners.
