At Rusty, we prioritize swift delivery and aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Typically, shipping takes approximately 2 to 3 days. To ensure a smooth receipt of your order, please pay close attention to any tracking numbers provided, as they indicate that the shipping company is handling your package. The shipping cost for all locations within Egypt is a flat rate of 50 LE.

Return and Exchange: 

 

Rest assured, you can easily initiate a return or exchange for your product, provided it remains unused and undamaged. Within a generous timeframe of 14 days, you can return the product in its original, new condition. Please note that there is a return cost of 50 LE and a replacement cost of 100 LE. However, if the product was damaged during shipping, we take full responsibility and will cover the shipping expenses. Simply send us pictures of the damaged product along with the contents of the order through our contact page messages. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly address the issue and guide you further.
