Shipping:

For ‏return or exchange :

1. **Send a video of the product** you want to return or exchange, explaining the reason through Facebook or Instagram:
- Is there a **manufacturing defect**? (Please show it in the video).
- Did you receive the **wrong item**? If it's our mistake, you won’t be charged for the return.

2. If the product is **not suitable** (for example: too small, too tight, too big, or the material isn’t what you expected) or if you **changed your mind**, the return cost is **150 EGP**, which will be deducted from your refund.

3. For exchanges, the cost is **100 EGP**, plus the **price difference** between products. The new product must be of **equal or higher value**.

4. Returns must be made within **one week**. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the product.
 

Please be advised that the official business days in Rusty Leather are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and public holidays are holidays for all employees of Rusty Leather and shipping companies.
Our first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we have made it easier for you to make your shipment easier because your convenience is our priority.
Rusty Leather mainly delivers your orders through a third party to ensure the timely shipping of your order.
The method of delivery at Rusty Leather is to deliver within two to four days as a maximum, depending on your geographical area, giving you the option to choose the right time for you to deliver at any time during the day, week, or even during the month.
In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service, and we will do our best to help you.
We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address, and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order.
If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact our customer service to agree on another delivery time. The company is not able to attempt delivery more than twice. The company is not responsible for any order exceeding 7 days from the first delivery attempt.

In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days.
Custom-made orders are fulfilled according to individual production time, which is stated on the product description page.
Delivery cost is either:

  • Calculated at checkout depending on the product and the delivery address.
  • Quoted after the order for special orders, and included on your order’s final balance.

Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Saturday to Friday, except holidays.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

 


 


 

Return and Exchange: 

 

Rest assured, you can easily initiate a return or exchange for your product, provided it remains unused and undamaged. Within a generous timeframe of 14 days, you can return the product in its original, new condition. Please note that there is a return cost of 50 LE and a replacement cost of 100 LE. However, if the product was damaged during shipping, we take full responsibility and will cover the shipping expenses. Simply send us pictures of the damaged product along with the contents of the order through our contact page messages. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly address the issue and guide you further.

- If the item have a defective, does not work properly, does not match the description of the site, is fake, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for free, and the value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.

- When returning the product, make sure that all the accessories and labels for the order are in their proper condition and that the product is in its original package in the correct condition in which it was received and that the package is closed by the factory sealed (in the case of replacement within 14 days) as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or Exceptional accessories. If you create a password for the device that you want to retrieve, please make sure to remove it, otherwise the request will not be completed correctly for products that show manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase and applies if they are returned and received with all the inclusions, as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or Exceptional accessories labels and packaging of the device in its receiving conditions.

 

Some products cannot be returned, and they are:

 

  • Damaged Products (excluding transportation damage)
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
